Thank you @Luke
I did all the steps, I learned the process and now I can do it by myself. So now what? What do you recommend to do? Test offers from Maxbounty/register for Binom/Voluum and build LPs? Thank you.

My recommendation would be to test some carrier billing offers from networks like MOBIPIUM (since you're already approved), Mobidea, Golden Goose, and Monetizer.

You can direct link those offers, but starting to work towards building out landing pages is a good idea.

I would test PropellerAds as your next traffic source. It's my #1 (especially for carrier billing offers). They have great pop traffic 👍

this is my resault its sad numbers but at least i learn many things

Done with two campaign runs of $5 each. Basically I followed the guide and just paused the 2nd run now after it ran out of money.

Hope I can optimize this further and get positive ROI. Thank you for this pops guide :)

That was a great pops guide. I definitely learned from it.
My test campaign went pretty smooth. There were 7 smartlinks from mobipium that I tested compared to the 5 in the guide. Initial test, used $10 instead of the $5 suggested. Rev was $2.24. When the budget ran out, I used your analyzing methods. All were clear except the custom drilldowns. Anyways, I narrowed the huge number of countries down to the top 6 (4 were green) and kept 4 smartlinks (3 green). Looked at other parameters, but didn't change those. The 2nd test was with $5 and I ran that out pretty fast too. This time Rev was $2.17. A way better ROI. I did 1 more round of $5. I kept the top country (AE) and the top smartlink offer. Could have started other campaigns because other countries looked half decent. Here, I focused on top 2 carriers and upped the bid a little bit. I ran out that 3rd test. Of course, no profits were made. Money was made though. Total revenue turned out to be $5.64 and the cost was $20. This guide did its purpose and is definitely recommended to anyone.
Thank you for making this opportunity available for us to learn and expand out knowledge. It was only $20 and it was kind of rollercoaster ride. Just wanted to leave a comment to show this guide is not outdated.

So, I put together another campaign right away. It took some time, not sure if that is normal or not. I decided to do an iphone campaign using propeller ads. This is the flow (hope I used that term right). Push on propeller with 5 creatives and a 2.5 cent bid. 1 win iphone offer from 4 networks (4 offers total); monetizer, mobidea, mobipium and traffic company(did not use their prelander). 1 LP (or prelander) from aweber. They let you use them for free to make LP's. Same LP for all offers, but will make more when best creatives are known and best offer/s are known. I threw all that into bemob and made a split test (again did I use that term right?) campaign and then the propeller campaign. Total budget will be $40 and will pause to make 3 rounds: $15-$10-$15. Optimizing after each round. I do not expect to make a profit, but at least it gets me in the game.
If you read this then I thank you for your attention. Good Luck to everyone after completing the guide and to those who are out there helping us get better at this.

Now, would anyone know what I did wrong here?

I paused my campaign yesterday after my first $10 to learn off of the guide.

I tweaked and restarted my campaign this morning and got this message:

How did I reach my budget if I just started it for the day?

Perhaps due to a different time zone?
Do you have a daily budget set in your campaign?

You probably have your daily budget set as $10 and it's a timezone issue. I would just remove the daily budget altogether and add budget as you run your campaign 👍

Hi @Luke hope you're fine and doing great.

I've finished the beginner course. I would like to continue with push notifications as explained in the course but not as step by step, and now I have several questions which help me know how I should take the next steps:

1- After finishing the course, do you recommend to continue with smartlink or it's better to go for single offers sine they have static payouts?

2- Do you recommend to test multi offers for one GEO to see which ones work best or multi offers for several GEOs?

3- What are your recommended GEOs to start with for push notifications?

4- How much time, data and money is enough for initial test for a campaign? I mean, how much data is enough to move for optimization so we are sure that we don't start optimization too early.

5- How long do you test an offer before find out that it's not a good offer and not worth trying? What are your rules?

6- When you know that a profitable campaign is drying? What are the signs? And what do you do after that? You pause it or try to make a profitable again by adjusting bids and optimization?

7- How much data is enough to consider a WebsiteID that is not performing. ( If we have 10 visits with 0 convert on a websiteID, we can't consider it not performing because we don't have enough data, right? )

8- What type of CPA offers does not need landing page? (except than push notification)

Thank you very much in advance,

Best,
Ali

Awesome :)

I prefer static payouts, but smartlinks can come in handy.

2- Do you recommend to test multi offers for one GEO to see which ones work best or multi offers for several GEOs?
I would setup each campaign for a single GEO.

3- What are your recommended GEOs to start with for push notifications?
Depends on the offers. Find good offers 👍

4- How much time, data and money is enough for initial test for a campaign? I mean, how much data is enough to move for optimization so we are sure that we don't start optimization too early.
This depends on the offer/campaign. Typically, I want to spend 3-5x the payout of the offer for my first round of testing.

5- How long do you test an offer before find out that it's not a good offer and not worth trying? What are your rules?
Same as #4. If it's not converting, it's done.

6- When you know that a profitable campaign is drying? What are the signs? And what do you do after that? You pause it or try to make a profitable again by adjusting bids and optimization?
When traffic starts to die or ROI does. Let it go though for a few days. Fluctuations are common. Don't pause a winner just because you have a down day.

7- How much data is enough to consider a WebsiteID that is not performing. ( If we have 10 visits with 0 convert on a websiteID, we can't consider it not performing because we don't have enough data, right? )
I believe you mean blacklist. We have a great thread about this here:

8- What type of CPA offers does not need landing page? (except than push notification)
I think pretty much any campaign could benefit from a presell lander, but I don't typically use my own LPs on carrier billing offers.

Thank you very much @Luke , you're really awesome! :)

Here are my results so far, sorted by hour.

The top row is without optimisation.
The next 2 rows are optimised by country.
The next rows are further optimised by country and also by site IDs. I also increased the bid which is why ROI went down a bit, but trying to get more volume.

In a few hours, the whole campaign should be in profit.

Thanks Luke. :)
