When you go to the offer page, you will be provided with other information about the offer that might help you assess whether it can be profitable for you, or if you can promote it with the type of traffic you use. Every offer needs to be applied for though, which can be a bit of a hassle.

Creating an account is fairly easy, which is why they focus more on individual applications per offer.
