After one week's communication with their staff, my account is still rejected because of security reasons... They said a few times my account should be ok, but every time when I tried to deposit, I was rejected (even without vpn) :cry:

Weird. Haven't had that happen yet. Maybe try PropellerAds? :)

Thanks for the suggestion! But would it make it difficult to follow up with the guide because the campaign settings are different in propellerads?

Is propellerads better for scaling rather than testing?

If I can use propellerads, can I use other platforms? I would like to try out other platforms. Sorry for so many questions.

Is anyone else experiencing this when trying to fund their PopAds account?

My ad blocker is shutoff and I tried both Chrome and FF, and I am not using a VPN, or any of the items listed in the error message.

I even shut off all privacy settings in my FF browser, and I still get the same error.

This is frustrating. :mad:

Nothing has changed with my PC since my last deposit, although that was a few months ago.

Is there a browser setting that I need to change, or something?

How did they solve your problem? It sounds like the same thing that is happening to me.
The message I got was different from yours. They told me to email their staff first, so I emailed them. They said I shouldn't use VPN and I should use a different browser. I followed their instructions but still couldn't make my deposit. After a few back and forth emails, I was ready to give up. Then, one day I happened in McDonald's and used their wifi. Bingo, it worked. So I guess my mobile and computer share the same network, so they ban my IP.

Thanks for your reply.

I sent an email yesterday with the same picture and information that is in my first post.

I was not using my VPN.

I tried two different browsers : FireFox and Chrome.

I disabled every extension and add-on on my FF browser, along with disabling all my privacy settings, cleared all my caches, and I still had the same message.

I am using PayPal, and it is verified, so I don't see why they need to go over-kill with the security measures.

PayPal is very secure.

It has to be something on their side. I think they [PopAds] have flagged my account, and it will not work until they remove the flag.

It would be nice if they said that in their cryptic message

I wish this guide had another traffic source I could use while they figure out what is wrong. :cool:

Is your Paypal account verified?
If it is and you're still getting this issue, you might want to post your problem here:

How i'll find landing pages of 1 click or 2 click offers for popunder ads?
Try spying manually or using Adplexity to get data faster :)
