Ok so I'm Testing campaigns on Popads using Desktop/Notebook with the popunder. I'm bidding 0.009 with a $10 budget. Trying to get something very general and easy to convert. I'm doing US traffic(for now). I've tried a phone offer(no good),next is a gift card offer e-mail submit and see how that does. Once I find something that converts I can optimize! so I'll keep testing till
