Continuing to track the top monetizers' offers series, you can check the updates from previous months here .
There are a lot of offers from previous months, so I expanded the list to 19 offers.
1st offer: Revshare-83d8aa-IN was tracked before in June and in April .. still working with the same strategy
It still appears in adplexity Mobiles when searching only with the id of monetize offer
2nd offer: Revshare-693743-DZ was also found before on June and was on 6th position
3rd offer: Revshare-D521f6-IQ : identified before in march .
This time Adplexity was able to get the offer"mainly" as now it has been more than three months and it's still running Adplexity was able to get it
4th offer: Carrierbilling-1c2afe-SD
as Sudan isn't a popular country and most spytools ignore it, "anstrex " and adplexity have only a few ads for it, also most link testers failed to pass carrier billing for it it only tracked once with this landing page, and to final offer of Mobipium :
But, as long as its active I will keep tracking it in case Adplexity got more landing pages- Offers for it,
To final offer like that 
but this isn't Confirmed, only one source with one Ad was able to get these results .. will be clear if this campaign last for a long time
5th offer: Apk-12c3d3-IN
apk-download offer similar to the Third offer of June, Same advertiser "but" new offer
6th offer: Cpi-417323-NG : Back to Nigerian offers that were dominating on MAY .
7th offer: Cpi-4e4f35-US new US offer: although its new I was surprised that was tracked effectively with adplexity
Using the Same Landing page as the offer preview and directing to several Offers od downloading VPN for phones and android
the results from Adplexity show that offer has been running for a while before monetizer
8th offer: Carrierbilling-654af8-SA : Most of the time it shows direct linking for Gaming offers related to zergaming
9th offer: Carrierbilling-247911-NG:after tracking of this advertiser tracker domain, adplexity shows only three variations of this offer, and it's not related to the offer preview ..
for efiwe scholarship lps in the preview, I have never seen it used directly on any campaigns, and all those campaigns redirect to carrier billing offer, other than that offer
10th offer: no spy tool was able to get nor Linktesters, this offer "will keep tracking it "
11th offer: Carrierbilling-1a8c76-KW : direct linking to the offer, no redirects, no rotation, no LPS even the preview image with country code +962 : jordan country code"

with an extensive search for it within redirect chains of adplexity and Anstrex, I have found it in Anstrex, running some Zeydoo surveys,
Some other offers weren't available for India, so I guess they were redirected because the targeting didn't match
It still appears in adplexity Mobiles when searching only with the id of monetize offer

This offer mainly doesn't use any lp.. a few advertisers do, but not with this offer from monetizer, and rotating offers,

it seems that survey lps isn't used, this offer rotates 2-3 lps with the certain angel of winning Money, Then directed mainly to pin submit offer"Most of time I identified traffic company pin submit offer/s at the end "
No spy tool nor Urlscan could identify to which offer it's directed, "mainly there are many offers rotated" but each time there are tracking domains or structures related to the traffic company. even after redirecting for not matching,

I got the main tracking link "90% correctly" of this advertiser so It will make it easier to me to track his offer without depending on the main search term"proc.php"
this advertiser is running the same landing page for many countries and its the same as his monetize preview
he is using different monetization Directed to Crypto offers /Mainly with a second landing page for extra monetization like this

So what are the Top offers on monetizer?
This week top offers are mainly for the US, and they have been running for a long time, so chances of being caught by spy tools are high, even finding one accurate campaign will be enough..
1st two offers are for the same advertiser, and I have never seen that offer before, so I highly suspect that's not the offer running,
I have checked both adplexity and anstrex for name of the offer. There are no results for this, so I spread the search for all campaigns running for this advertiser, he is running the same Landing page for all four countries "Australia, UK, USA, &Canada "
After testing All offer names on both Adplexity and Anstrex, Finally, I was able to identify some tracking links for this,,
and anther confirmation
I'm not going to reveal any tracking links, As I don't know this advertiser, "and he may be an Afflift Member" I will definitely show the offers and i think its enough
This Landing page is one of the landing pages used for these offers.. + I was able to identify two other landing pages,
one for SurveySweeps .. and one for dating and I didn't identify "yet" on which basis he is filtering traffic to Any of these Offers,
and redirect 90% to these offers "dating offer, Called Juicy date, " and survey offer "Amazon gift Card""
