What are the differences between Automatic Optimization software?

I am looking for a tracker that can automate blacklisting unprofitable website IDs and maybe optimize bids etc. I have heard that The Optimizer, Landing Track, and Voluum have these functionalities. My goal is to collect push subscriptions at scale.

Does Binom have automation? If it doesn't I don't think I would ever use it despite the cost savings. Time is money :3
