As a newbie there is a question that it is really making me crazy. How do you differentiate a good offer from a bad one?
I mean, let's say Iphones or Samsung offers. There are hundreds of them, how do you select the correct one? Payout? Design? Steps?
Also, I've seen lots of you saying to focus on tier2 or 3 geos. But these geos almost have no offers, or at least the networks that could have them are not accepting newbies. So , are we tied up
