I'm setting up a quick follow along for the weekend to see how my push collection goes 
I setup a custom landing page for push. It's your typical vide playing type landing page. The setup for offers goes:
If the user...
Clicks allow = Monetizer sub + sending them to Monetizer mainstream mobile smartlink (no push collection)
Clicks deny = Sending them to Monetizer mainstream mobile smartlink (with push collection)
Clicks back button = Sending them to MOBIPIUM push smartlink
Does not click anything within 20 seconds = sending them to mainstream smartlink from LosPollos
I'm also tracking the push subscriptions by passing the click ID from Voluum into my landing page and then using PHP to insert it into the JavaScript on the landing page. I will show how this is done soon.
