Binom is unable to receive conversions from Cpamatica.

Hello everyone, I have encountered an issue and I need help from the forum. I am using Binom as a tracker and I am unable to receive conversion data from Cpamatica. I have contacted Cpamatica's AM and they have assured me that their settings are correct and they have already sent back the conversion data. However, Binom is still not receiving it. The postback URL I am using in Binom is https://xxxxxxxxx?sub_id={click_id}&status=sale&payout={payout}, and the offer URL template is {offer_url}?click_id={clickid}. Can someone please help me
