I have dedicated from hetzner , should i use it with cloudflare dns?

3nd option : amazon aws cdn
Our traffic around WW , and all from mobile , i don't want money saver option i need best one because our traffic volume is high.
And other question is page is very slow with amazon aws , somethings wrong?
