Hey guys, so it looks like the numbers don't match up between BeMob and Mobipium for me. There's also zero clicks showing on BeMob. What could be the issue here

Visits are what you are looking for. Clicks are for if you are using your own landing page. You are not using your own LP. You are direct linking.

There will always be a difference between your clicks your affiliate network shows and your tracker. @TheOptimizer.io explained this really well here:

So would visitors in bemob and clicks in mobipium represent the same thing?

Also, what about the difference in conversions - bemob shows 11 and mobipium shows 17?

That is a good question. My assumption would be that BeMob and MOBIPIUM are on different timezones. Try running the reports for the entire time you've run the campaign and update the timezones.

Did you change your postback at any point? Or update the offer?
 
for clickloss its normal when running pops, about a conversion numbers, it may be delayed for some time. so check your status after anther day if it persist , with you change any thing As @Luke said about offer or postback , you should check it with your MOBIPIUM AM
 
I think because of that you don't use a landing page in campaign right?

I spoke to both my AM at mobipium and support at Bemob.

On mobipium side, it looks like everything is fine. They provided me with the clickid report which I gave to support at Bemob and they said that 4 conversions can't be uploaded because they don't have a valid clickid and another 2 conversions can't be uploaded because "there's no such visit on my account." Not sure what happened to cause this but I'm going to setup the tracking from scratch and run another campaign. Hopefully the issue is fixed the second time around.
 
you don't have to resetup , just run your report for the other day and check if there is more conversion loss/ miss

What did I do wrong here?

This is likely just because BeMob and MOBIPIUM are on different timezones. You can set your timezone in BeMob settings to GMT+1 if you want them to match:

If you go to your campaign in BeMob and click on Conversions you can see the revenue for each conversion:



It's likely you are getting low value conversions for smaller t3 GEOs.

You have to do another campaign once you input Cid, I made the same mistake the results from the campaign from without Cid will be showing as errors in mebob
