I believe it will work because my first campaign worked well in PopAds and everyone says that PropellerAds is the best. Also, I learned a few things about how to pick a country based on bids and the traffic chart thanks to Servando Silva.Also, I will use the following guide as a reference and I will make like 10 campaigns to see if something works.
