Monetizer Offer Payout Does Not Match with What I Earned

Guys,
Anyone know how does Monetizer single offers work? The single offer I promoted said that the CPA is 0.80 but I got a conversion and I only got 0.01 LOL. My targeting matches to what the offer page requires. Anyone know what's
