At my wits end trying to make this profitable

I've been working on this campaign for quite a while now. I posted the same question when i was at 1000 conversions.

Need help to make this grow to $5/day

It's a GG mvas offer that pays $.30
I'm now almost at 5000 conversions and have no clue what to do to even make $5 a day consistently with this.
I have tried:
breaking it up into os version/zones
SCPM with 5 / 10 / 20 zones
full price bidding/ different bidding levels
single zones
multiple profitable zones. etc.....

I've probably tried dozens of different combinations of things, some of which have produced very poor results (SCPM).

right now i'm using CPA goal for everything


The best result i've been able to produce is break even or a little above that, no matter what I've tried.

The good thing is i'm not losing money here but I'm not gaining anything either.

Before someone asks...Yes, I'm using monetization but that's not the point here. I should be able to make minumum $5 a day consitently without it.
