The bonus rates go:
Oct → 3%
Nov → 5%
Dec → 10%

You can get up to $4K per month, with $12K available across all three months.
The interesting part is that your bonus is based on the increase versus the previous month — so it's basically a reason to keep scaling rather than sitting on the same numbers.
