Step 6 - Setting up MOBIPIUM Push Smartlink Offers in BeMob

Partners.House
Hey navz22361 This is a bug in our platform. Smartlinks' Campaigns are showing as ''Cancelled'' when really they are Active.
Our IT team is working to fix it, but in the meantime you can run the Smartlinks normally. This doesn't affect their performance.

Let me know if you have any more questions!

Just wanted to let you guys know that this is fixed now ;)

Hey @Luke !
this is an awesome follow through...in case no one ever has mentioned it before ๐Ÿ˜๐Ÿ˜

I started going through this a bit late. so the offers are different on Mobipium.

Quick question:
as you can see in the image, there are 7 PN offers available. Should I add and test all 7? wouldn't it stretch the budget too thin?

Or alternatively, should I pick 4-5 (the same number as in your case study) out of these? If so, how should I decide which ones to pick?

any help from you or any of the fellow members with more experience than me (almost EveryOne i.e. :p) is hugely appreciated!๐Ÿ™๐Ÿ™

There isn't any image, but you could test every offer that's not adult.

you have Five PN, landing pages,
and 2 contains all LP(noloop) (loop). you can split test the 5 LP , to check which one will be working , Exactly as in the guide

Hey Aria! We suggest to start with ''PN All Landings''. This is the Smartlink that includes ALL the LPs and it is the one with the best Conversion Rate!

aah, only if I had seen this message a few hours earlier!

Don't laugh, but I did the exact opposite! I tried all the PN's (5 of them) except for the two "All Landing"s :oops:

But this is just the beginning, I'll be testing more campaigns to come. ๐Ÿคž

Since you kindly offered your time to respond, I'd like to abuse your generosity and ask one more question:
between the two landings (attached), which one should I start with? or should I test both?
pardon the ignorance, but I'm not quite sure how the two differ :unsure:

I'm following Luke's Pop guide course and would like to repeat the process outlined there (setup/run/analyze a campaign) a few times, this week.

Thanks again @MOBIPIUM ๐Ÿ™

I appreciate this! I forgot to attach the screenshot and updated it later. But it was after you generously offered your help :)
Thanks again๐Ÿ™

Thanks, @akahma :)
I have run a campaign with those five.

Quick question: what's the difference between Loop and NoLoop? in the future, if I need this kind of info, where should I look?

Loop makes it so the landing page will "loop" (redirect itself) until it finds a link where the visitor has not been subscribed to receive push notifications. This is in case the site visitor already subscribed before. I believe No Loop just redirects them to another offer since they're already subscribed. Some traffic sources do not allow looping. With PopAds, it's fine ๐Ÿ‘

@Aria exactly what Luke said ;)

@Luke first of all I wanted to apologize for all the work I'm giving you these days. I hope you have same amount of patience as my wife :).

Well, my question this time is very simple, almost a baby question.

This campaign was going to be a Pops campaign. I though a pops compaign used only Pops over and Pops under ads. And this traffic was sent to a pops smartlink?

But we are sending it to a push smartlink. Could you explain what am I missing here?

Cheers.

A smartlink is an algorithm that selects the best offer of the affiliate network to show to a specific traffic placement (Geo, OS, device, etc.) using only one URL link.

You can promote that smartlink with any kind of traffic. Free traffic, pops, push, native, Google, Facebook, whatever you like. Maybe, some paid traffic like pops or push are more suitable for smartlinks because of their low cost per click, but in reality you may use any type of traffic you like.

In this course, you'll be promoting one specific kind of smartlink that will show push offers. These offers will collect push subscribers. These are people that accept to receive push notifications. Like this one:

Every time a user clicks the "allow" button you'll receive a commission, and the publisher will have someone new to show offers or other information through push notifications.

When you talk about push ads (not to be confused with push offers, but related) you pay owners of push subscriber's lists to show your ads to people that accepted to receive push notifications.

Hope this helps

@Pablo T thanks for the insightful answer. Really detailed.

So this Push notification offers are a kind of CPA offer where the action is "Publish to the feed". Am I right here?

On the other hand, At first (3 days ago), when I started my CPA journey Smarlinks sounded like the best thing. Why not? You can send traffic to them without knowing almost anything about verticals/niches/angles, etc. They will do all the work for you but now that I am a bit more experienced I see these problems:

1) You don't know what's the payout per conversion. Perhaps you could ask your AM? And ask about the average payout?.
2) As the smarlink does all the optimization, there's little you can do to improve results.
3) Using a Landing Page here is not too useful. Why? Because a LP should be in sync with the offer you are promoting and with Smartlinks you don't really know what will be shown.

Am I right about this statements?

Thanks a lot in advance!

1) You don't know what's the payout per conversion. Perhaps you could ask your AM? And ask about the average payout?.
Correct, that's why we do the initial test in this campaign to learn the average payouts and what countries are converting best.

2) As the smarlink does all the optimization, there's little you can do to improve results.
The results will improve based on the performance of the traffic. Check out this thread:

LP is just going to get in the way with push collection if you are using a smartlink like this. If you want to use your own LP for push collection then I would test JavaScript push collection with Monetizer and ProPush.

@BeMob automatically appending the click ID doesn't seem to be working? Has anyone else reported this?

So, now there are 6 PN offers, for which we need to run the Ads? Not considering PN Adult Landings.
