Luke, thank you so much for putting this together! I'm at ~40% ROI after $10 bucks. I've isolated some profitable countries and websites along with some additional funds. Round 3 should be about to kick-off! This has been a wonderful learning experience. Perfect for getting my feet wet. I look forward to doing, and learning more!

Again, greatly appreciated!

Here are my final screens. Funny that EPV showed up yesterday, but isn't showing up today for the offers.

I'm color blind, but I don't think there is much green to work with. Would it make sense to limit the next test to the top 5 website id's using the same geos?

I know its quite late to ask this but through this campaign I generated push subscriptions for Mobipium via pop traffic? That's what we did? Lol..

These are my results after my 1st optimisation. For beginning i only removed 2 countries without conversions India and Indonesia- Wanted to get more data. But i realized that i have almost 45 conversions with 0 revenue. My aff manager said they are bot leads. Is there anyone who can explain this?

Some Geos seem to not pay anything for leads, which from what I've gathered is because in general, the quality is very low from those countries (high bot percentages). It would be great if this was listed in the Mobipium dashboard, but sadly it isn't and the only way to find which countries don't pay anything is to get conversions and see for yourself.

Hi Everybody,

I have followed @Luke's guide and this is how I did it and my results.

Luke was suggesting Mobipium as the network, BeMob as the tracker, and PopAds as the traffic source. Luckily I already had an access and some experience for all of this plus access to PopCash traffic source with some money on it. So I create same campaign on PopCash also, just because need to run this as quick as possible.

First test before optimizing.

Below details are directly from my simple notepad jurnel.

Global - PopAds - WW-Android-Chrome| Visits 23913| Spends : $4.34

Performing offers: 3,4,5
Countries:
Offer1: Turkey, South Korea
Offer2: Not profitable*
Offer3: Mexico
Offer4: Mexico, South Korea
Offer5: Ecuador

------------------------------------

Global - PopCash - WW-Android-Chrome| Visits 20667 | Spends : $4.20

Performing offers: 3,4
Countries:
Offer1: Morocco, Colombia
Offer2: Morocco, Peru
Offer3: Poland, Colombia
Offer4: Italy, Saudi Arabia, Mexico
Offer5: Not profitable*

1)First Optimization Offer + Countries. And add $2.5 for each traffic source for testing.

I selected best offers on BeMob and best countries on traffic sources.

2)Second Optimization when the camp running-Offer + Countries/ Create country base rules on BeMob to guide traffic to well performing offers for each country.
This is actually not in the Luke's training. I create country base rules on the BeMobe and directed those traffic to the best performing offers for each country. I did this because I thought that those selected countries are working and working best only for some offers, so I directed those countries to best offers for those countries. I hope you understand what I said :)

Something Like below. (Kindly tell me what I did here was correct or wrong and why in your opinion)

Results after this...

Oh, yheeee..... @Luke rocks....... Thank you, Luke and everybody in the AffLift forum, First time in my life I got GREEN in my campaign....

Well this is not full camp, but after optimizing, but still it GREEN...

This is the whole camp....

Then comes the third optimization

3)Third Optimization website IDs

I got all the profitable Website Ids for both the traffic sources and white listed them.
I try to optimize by categories too but unfortunately for PopAds the main General category number also in the list when I select that everything get selected. So, I leave it as it is.

Then complete camp runs for like two days every day I increase the budget on PopAds because it runs only for few hours per day. But on PopCash daily spend was like less than $1 and very less traffic.
I didn't try to increase bid because it feels like I will get no profit if I do that.

After first optimization to today results...

And from the beginning to end...

Today I Found that one country is preforming well on PopAds, so I am creating new camp for that on PopAds and run all the offers on that.

Thank you everybody...

Thanks @Nick . What to do. Will be testing)

NP. If you notice a geo is getting conversions but the revenue is $0 then I'd just pause that GEO. Mobipium may not pay for the leads because they hardly make any money on it themselves so it makes no sense for them to pay pubs for subscribers from that GEO.

Now its clear to me. Great(y)(y)(y)

I was wondering that too. It could explain why the conversion rates are not very good. If a smartphone user visits a website that is a PopAds publisher, then presumably the user has to give permission to receive push notifications before any offer is shown to them. So, are the permission requests served in an otherwise blank pop-under? Someone please enlighten me. :) @MOBIPIUM ?

When you get a conversion for this offer, yes, you're generating a subscriber for Mobipium.

The user sees an "offer" page with a banner like this:

If they click "Allow" then you get a conversion. You only get a conversion if the person clicks "Allow".

@Nick what are such offers are called in general? Push Subscription offers? Are there any other name which are used in this industry?

@sarveshpandey89 I think push subscription offers probably hits it on the head. I don't think I've heard/seen them called anything else.

These offers can come in 2 formats though. The one this course is about is the CPA model... where you get paid X amount per conversion.

There is also a rev-share model where you don't get paid anything when the user subscribes/clicks "allow", but you earn around 80% of how much the ad network that serves the push notification ads makes when someone clicks an ad.

CPA model is definitely way easier to media buy for ;)

Thanks for your response, Nick. (y) So, if I have understood correctly, on a smartphone a seperate tab is created which is blank other than the banner prompting the user to accept notifications.

Awesome 👍

I would optimize for the offer and countries first.

NICE! 🎉

The tab isn’t blank; it’s usually a super simple landing page, like a video player, that says something like “Click allow to watch the video.” Then, there is that popup where they need to click allow.

Go to your MOBIPIUM smartlink to see what the user is seeing :D

This is definitely based on the "quality" of the subscription you are generating. That's a tough thing because you do not really have much control over it (at least to start). The payouts will vary depending on how your traffic is performing. For example, you got $0 for your subscribers from Pakistan, but I just got $0.06 for one:

I guess this goes along with our motto of being patient. You have to give MOBIUM time to gauge your quality and if you notice that you are getting $0's or lower payouts than you need to be profitable, pause that GEO and maybe do a small test on it a few days later to see if your payout has gone back up.

Hello Everyone,

I'm excited to share my own results. But first I'll like to thank everyone who had taken action and also shared their own result. which has given me the data to achieve mine.

And a special thank you to @Luke for creating this platform and making this possible.

All I did, was simply choose only winning countries from all results and only winning website IDs:

Test #1 result:

All offers were profitable:

Country:
Turkey is the winner here.

:

I have removed all the other countries and toped up my account for another test.

I will update the results once complete.

Thanks again to all...

Any comments and ideas on improving the campaign are highly welcome :)
