Some help with Propeller Ads

I have been trying Propeller Ads for some months now, and I REALLY want to make it work, but so far it has been quite a failure, as you can see here

I have some questions for everyone having good results with them:

• How many successful campaigns do you have against failed campaigns?
• What kind of negative ROI would you think is workable? I have seen either -30% or -40%, and that everything under that should just be stopped immediately
• How often do you optimize?
• Any order for optimization, or do everything at the same time? (Landing pages, offers, bid, sites, etc)
• What GEOs do you think are easier to start with?
