Propellerads traffic drop ?

Did anyone notice a drop in traffic and its quality in Prop recently? Talking On-click, Survey and Direct click here. It used to be a great source but now ( for me ) it's a big red screen and most campaigns have little traffic. I remain optimistic as it's a great network and cycles are part of any process but I suspect they are having too much success and the place is now too crowded so they might have an excess of demand they can't satisfy with other than "diluting" traffic and bids getting out of acceptable range ( acceptable=adequate to offer payout and cr ). I also noticed doing some research that some publishers have been shut down because of copyright infringement and as there's a lot of pressure ww on kinds of torrent, streaming, and other parasite websites that are widely used in pop networks maybe this is playing a role ( and anyway in the midterm will play as pop networks will need to migrate towards cleaner spots which might open opportunities for publishers during this decade ).
