Impossible to get accepted on clickbank

Hi ,

I tried several time with various email/vpn/browser to create an account with clickbank.
And each time when I go on validating my account and providing personal details.
My account get unactivated (live).
Is there a way to get into ClickBank?

They are sending me tons of marketing emails.
