Difference between ISP and Mobile Carrier?

Hi folks, this should be for sure a noob question. But I'm not sure to get which is the difference between ISP and Mobile Career.

I see often the same Companies in both ISP and Mobile Career.
Is the ISP only for the ADSL and the Mobile Career only for mobile traffic? I'm not sure how to use this while reading
