Can we promote physical products ?

Hi,

I am new to affiliate marketing. I am a software developer and I know a lot of manufactures of apparel and watches
as I make their in house applications.


I don't want to promote products from affiliate networks like nutrition or some mobile subscription . I rather promote my client's products.

However before I go about doing this I wanted to get some feedback from the community.

Please advice your thoughts on it. I would love to learn your experience selling physically products on shopify or amazon.

My clients can handle the logistical issues as its part of their workflow.
