FWIW - I wasn't too sure about paying the upgrade fee for this site - but thought - worth a try for a month.

@AdMaven - What do we do if we don't have Skype?
I've asked for help via the support via chat - but their not answering my actual question.
Their giving me details about the bonus (which I already know) - but no info or help on how to apply the bonus credit.

It's a bit frustrating - especially since apparently I have to wait 12 hours to get one response. And now the chat says they'll be back on Sunday.
So my original question asked on Tuesday which has already taken 2 days to not get an answer, now has no chance of getting answered until Sunday?
