AI uses one of three metrics in traffic distribution. If one of them is unavailable, the system switches to the others in the following order:
1) If the cost and revenue are known for each element on the path, the calculation of the weights is based on the ROI.
2) If the revenue is known for each item on the path, but there is no cost information in PeerClick, the calculations are based on EPV.
