Voucher/gift card offer, is there any way to ask offer provider for a clean LP?

I am trying to find some gift card / voucher offers that have clean offer pages, I tried to find in peerfly/Maxbounty and saw all have push notification on their pages. Is there any way to request offer provider to give clean page without push notification?

Or anyone knows any gift card / voucher related offer that not have push notification on their LP?
