Step 9 - Setup PopAds Postback in BeMob

Yes I did it! I runned my first campaign, but instead of doing it with MOBIPIUM I did it with mobidea smartlinks!

Campaign approved, but no conversions. So I tried to search the postback tracking URL and that leads to nowhere.
I've tried to paste the postback URL without the Impression ID and that does not allow me to save. I know the site might be updated just not sure what to do next.

I'm not sure what you mean "search the postback tracking URL". Your postback won't lead you to anywhere, but I'm not sure what your screenshot is either.

Luke, for the first week I had nothing showing up for tracking. I though I had done something wrong and back tracked and wasn't sure if the post back url was working. I'm guessing its because I have 7 LP's not 5 that you used.
Any how I do have low conversions.
Wish you had a video instructions for the new versions of these sites used.

I think you should go back and redo the steps.

Do we need to wait until the campaign is approved on Popads before proceeding to step 9?

I am stuck on step 9, the part where it says:
"Go back to PopAds (you should still be on the Conversion Tracking page) and look at the Postback box.

There is a long string of letters and numbers in the postback URL after aid=."

I have enclosed a photo of what shows up when I look at Conversions in PopAds. I do not see an area to find the Postback box. Am I looking in the wrong place, or do I need to wait until the campaign is approved?

Sorry for the confusion. They changed the layout a bit. The Conversion Tracking page you are looking for can be found by going to the Campaigns page on PopAds, clicking the name of your campaign, and then clicking this button:

Thank you so much for the quick reply! I got it to work. My campaign got approved and I got some stats, but to ensure that it is accurate, I will duplicate the campaign and evaluate the new results and compare them to the old results (without the postback url when I submitted it earlier). Thank you for the guide @Luke I'm reading and following the steps for the second time. I have a question. You've mentioned that setup postback link from popads on bemob is not something that many affiliates do, however it's recommended for beginners since it gives us more data.

" Now, we also want to let PopAds know when we get a conversion. Why? It’ll allow us to use PopAds reports to do some optimizations as well. It’s not 100% necessary and there are many advanced affiliates who refuse to give traffic sources this type of data on their campaigns, but we’re just beginners and I think the more data we have at our disposal (and the more we can learn about running reports and doing optimizations), the better. "

1- I wanted to ask which data and information we can collect exactly by doing this? (and what we miss if we don't) Because in the next step, analyzing, I have not seen that you've used any data collected by popads for analyzing and optimizing campaign.

You have access to pretty much the same information, but you can view it on PopAds as well. PopAds provides you a bit more information about each individual site as well. Check out your Reports on PopAds to see examples.

That's up to you. I don't remove it.
