Too easy! I was approved for MOBIPIUM in a matter of a couple of hours. Here's how I responded to their initial email if it helps anyone:

Yes, the guide is still relevant. We have members go through it every month. I need to update some of the screenshots because MOBIPIUM recently updated their platform, but you should still be able to make your way through it without any issue

You do not need a website to be approved into MOBIPIUM. This course is specifically for learning the beginning steps of media buying
