I've decided I want to give MGID a shot since I heard an offer is doing well in Germany and what better way to do it than start an FA? 
I am currently running on Revcontent but not sure they have much traffic outside of the US. So here goes!
Traffic Source: MGID
Tracking Tool: Voluum
Affiliate Network: Not sure yet, multiple options.
Type of Offer: Straight Sale
Offer Payout: $80 (at the start of this FA)
Unsure About: Never ran on MGID properly before. Starting from scratch, hoping to get an AM for some blacklists + advice!
I see a lot more aggressive stuff on MGID, it seems like the approval process is more lenient than Revcontent. But I assume that means the quality is slightly worse, but that's an assumption.
First thing I noticed was the cost variable in the URL, I removed it since I update Voluum manually the following day anyway, and TheOptimizer will track all I need to be exact on widgets etc.
I will collect data and take it from there.
Starting funnel:
4 images, 1 headline, 1 lander, 1 offer. No blacklists(yet)
