Issues with Google Safebrowsing

Apparently Google decided to ruin the holidays for me.

I am using your average lander (win iphone, win cash sweep lander, "downloading", "are you 18?" etc) with the usual scripts (back button, push, popunder, etc)
nothing aggressive (all accepted by propellerads), no antivirus etc
even the simple "are you 18? yes or no" page got flagged once, how the hell is that phishing?

this is what I've tried so far:

-bot filter enabled in tracker
-deleted all the flagged domains from cloudflare and netlify and removed all content
-replaced all my domains with new ones: 1 domain for Landing pages, 1 for monetizer and 1 for bemob
-changed all existing links to the new domains everywhere
-changed the path of my landing pages (renamed folders)
-removed propush tags in my LPs
-tested monetizer and bemob new domains (all clean, not flagged by Google)
-tested other affiliate networks domains (all clean, not flagged by Google)
-from what I can see, all the domains going in and out are clean, but the landing page domain keeps getting flagged.

Just a few hours after resuming my campaign, the brand new LP domain gets flagged, I don't even know how that's
