i don't think there's a reilable way to block widget IDs besides waiting until the widget spent 1x the CPA and there is no conversion
even then, some widgets can be retested later and be profitable and just not profitable at the time you are testing it
yet some people make arbitrary rules such as, looking for at least a certain landing page CTR or waiting until the widget has a certain number of clicks
