The offer I am planning to promote pays per install and it has a KPI which shows as follows:
Retention rate:
Day 7 - 15%
Day 1 - 35%
Does this mean that the conversion fires only when the KPI has been met? Or does the conversion fire when someone installs the app but you get booted from the offer when do you don't meet the KPI?
