I've noticed when using spy tools (Anstrex) that a lot of creatives are in english and the geo targeting shows 50+ geos. Is it normal to use an english creative in a non english dominant country? For example.. an ad targeted to Italy with an English language creative?
Seems odd to me.. I would think you'd have to use the dominant language in the country.. but maybe not? Maybe it depends on the settings in the traffic source??
