I'm using the Evadav ad platform right now.
Evadav has pretty cheap CPMs,
and the traffic is large, but you can't select the category for ad placement at all.
You can't even choose between general and adult categories, which seems strange.
So, if I'm running adult ads, won't it bother general users when they get my popunder
