I am testing the Survey offers for Tier 2 and 3 countries, I also add a CPI offer to each of the campaigns to see how that offer performs and if I see good results, I do a separate campaign, I am testing the Survey offers with Direct Link and then if I see something good, I could test an LP.
I am using the SmartCPM model with a Blacklist and one of the campaigns is Whitelist.
