For several years now, the Brazil geo has been attracting affiliates of all experience levels due to its large audience, developed online payment system, impulsive mentality of the local population, and their love for spontaneous purchases and games.
After analyzing the listings of gambling ad creatives in several spy tools, we noticed that only 10% out of 100% of affiliates advertising in Brazil use standard approaches in creatives, landing pages, and applications. We wondered why we saw the same creatives in other geos, even though the target audience could be radically different. This is especially true for static creatives in advertising formats such as push notifications.
In this short article, we will share some observations from MyBid team. While some of these approaches may already be familiar to some affiliates, we believe this information will help others increase their campaign ROIs.
