Let me begin by saying this could be a terrible idea haha
I decided to test the Mobidea smart link again. Since I just put a big deposit on PropellerAds and since I have my optimizer for it, I decided to run it there.
I setup a SmartCPM campaign targeting Asia. I set the budget at $30, but it looks like I will go over that a bit.
The goal is to find the countries that are getting conversions from the smartlink with this $30 and then setup individual campaigns for those countries and optimize. I decided to just target mobile Android and iOS:
Well, I got quite a few conversions
Nothing too special.
It does seem like I better target Android though
and, not surprisingly, Chrome is performing best:
So, how can I take this data and potentially earn back some of the $26 or so I've lost so far in testing.
Well, just a quick drilldown report in Voluum shows that India has some potential zones that might be worth testing:
