Trying another campaign on PopAds to learn more. But, this time I decided on a sweepstakes offer.

I believe this campaign will be successful because: It seems like it has a good EPC at 0.26
I am unsure about: If I will learn enough before blowing the budget.
Daily budget set at 3x payout ($7.80) and total budget set at 5x payout ($13).
Focusing on geo's of Tier2/Tier3 countries.
Direct linking to offer because I don't know how to use a prelander for these offers.
