I know this might be a niche need, but we sometimes run campaigns for big clients where they basically buy traffic from us. Pop traffic, push traffic etc.
Are there any decent platforms where there is actual control over delivery pace/speed? Similar to big display/video RTB platforms, where you can define start and end dates, define budget and bid, and the algorithm tries to keep a steady pace within these parameters.
I know this is different from the typical affiliate game where you want to see results fast fast fast, which is what probably 99% of platforms are geared for. But for our niche case, without this functionality you basically have to rely either on daily limits (not ideal) or control
