Monetizer Account Inactivity

Does anyone know if Monetizer disables accounts if you are inactive for too long? I'm coming back to a project now after a 6 month hiatus, and can't access my account. It tells me my password is wrong, but I reset it and the new password they sent me doesn't work either.

I've contacted support, but no response after a day or so. @Monetizer
