Is this the right type of postback for Mobipium from Bemob?

I am using Bemob again, and noticed that it gave me this for the postback. I am not getting any conversion data coming back in Bemob:

I remember that I didn't have to sub in the REPLACE and payout. So will the finished url look like this?
