If I recall correctly, you need to inbox Luke your PayPal email (or perhaps there are other payment methods available too).

Add your PayPal email to your account details and you'll get paid on the first Friday after your earnings hit the minimum threshold ($10 by default): https://afflift.com/f/account/account-details
