I am new in the community and I followed Luke's guide in affiliate marketing and I finished all the steps perfectly. After finishing all the steps, I waited two hours to see the campaign's results after optimizing it (as Luke did in the guide), I got 2 dollars in MOBIPIUM. Two hours passed, POPADS emailed me saying that my campaign has been depleted "it only passed two hours", I checked the campaign's status and saw "Out of budget". Is this normal?
Luke said he will wait for more days to earn his 10 dollars back, and my campaign got paused. I don't understand this!
What should I do after finishing the guide? should I promote my first offer on MOBIPIUM and use the same steps Luke did in the guide? I have enough budget to promote more offers using POPADS, I just don't know what
