My account manager from HillTopAds reached out to me about testing their push notification traffic. I have about $250 that has been sitting in my ad account there that I can use to test so I'm hoping to find time to setup a few campaigns soon.

She told me their best GEOs for desktop/mobile:
Mobile
TZ, MY, PT, NG, HR, ID,PH, US, TH, IN, MX, DE.
Desktop
US, LV, DE, CA, AU, SE, ZA, GB, NL, DK, NO.
Interesting how much it differs based on the device. They also allow you to bid CPM or CPC.
