Help! RTX Traffic Died Today! Anyone have any insight into what happened or what to do?

I've been on the RTX platform for about 8 years. Traffic fell off dramatically yesterday. Today the traffic died.

This leaves me panic stricken.

Where can I go to buy the highest quality traffic for tightly targeted targets/keywords?
