I've seen lots of approaches mentioned here and there, curious what you guys actually do.
As a general rule:
- cut non-converting source within campaign when it exceeds 1x payout
- cut non-converting campaign when it exceeds 3x payout
- if the offer is such that there's enough volume of conversions to make informed decisions on the level of targets, cut non-converting target when it exceeds 0.5x payout (otherwise don't touch targets and focus on sources)
