I’m setting up my first fb ad account and want to make sure my cc setup is done correctly from the beginning.
A few questions for those with experience:

A few questions for those with experience:
- Is 3D Secure required for fb ads payments, or can transactions go through frictionless?
- Should the ad account country match the card’s billing/issuing country?
- Does the cardholder name need to match the fb profile exactly?
- And lastly, can you recommend VCC providers you’ve had stable experience with for fb ads?
