Hi,
I track my clicks by Redtrack. They just have lauched a tool to control bot/fraud/bad clicks. I activated it for some campaigns, on 5 different push networks. To my surprise, the percentage of bad clicks was 20% to 40%.
Do you consider this normal?
Is it acceptable to ask for a refund?
What would be a good strategy to deal with this problem?
To let you know, bad clicks are categorized into 5 groups, according to the table below. In my case 99% of bad clicks are "blacklist"

This is from 3/20/19 : (one push network)
