Change in products in the USA on Revcontent?

Looking through Revcontents ads in the USA on Anstrex, I found that there are much less supplement ads for toenail fungus, diabetes, tooth decay etc. Instead there are many such ads being bought in other countries all over the world, in many cases excluding the USA.

Does anybody know whats going on there?
