best practice to target Monetizer Rev share offer via Cpa

Hi, how do u target a rev share offer via either a Cpagoal (i.e. prop , rollerads etc..) pop campaign or any cpm/cpc pop campaign ? Their payout is so variable that cant find a decent way to fix a conversion
