Hey newbie here, got my first working campaign with dr cash and FB offer and I got excited and want to try and scale, but they said they are holding the first withdrawal for 14 days or longer to confirm quality
they are very responsive and nice and I see mostly good reviews and just a few people get problems with them, and I want to try and scale this campaign and not wait to confirm the network from one side, from another I wouldn't want to find myself in trouble in a few weeks.
